About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transfer Agency Private Markets Team as an Associate II. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with other teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work on special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of mutual fund operations experience
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
