About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transfer Agency Private Markets Team as an Associate II. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with other teams within State Street.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage client Service Level Agreements and internal/external KPIs
- Work on other projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 1-2 years of mutual fund operations experience
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
