Your responsibilities will include
As an Associate II in the Transfer Agency Private Markets Team, you will:
Oversee daily operations of groups by managing workflows.Establish and nurture strong client relationships.Collaborate with other Transfer Agency business units as well as various departments within State Street.Manage client Service Level Agreements and ensure compliance.Oversee internal and external Key Performance Indicators and ensure they are achieved.Engage in additional projects or tasks as assigned.What we value
