Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners, understanding their energy needs, and providing personalized solutions to help them save money and reduce their carbon footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners to understand their energy needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized solutions to help homeowners save money and reduce their carbon footprint
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Top performer in sales roles
  • Determination to become top earner
  • Excellent communicator on the phone & by email
  • Highly proficient with computers, CRM systems
  • High speed internet, quiet remote working environment
  • Motivation to connect with dozens of homeowners by phone/email/sms each day
  • Capability of understanding and explaining basic finance concepts
  • Interest in clean energy, solar, helping customers go green and save
