About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Invoice Analyst to join our team at the Opa Locka Service Center. As an Invoice Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze sales proposals to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Process complex work packages involving multiple payers and warranty programs
  • Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage OEM invoice disputes and claims
  • Support research for end customer disputed invoices
  • Monitor open and yet to be billed pipeline work orders
  • Adjudicate warranty programs for Bombardier
  • Interpret and prepare invoices for Bombardier internal stakeholders and OEMs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in invoicing with SAP
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation parts, maintenance, or aviation invoicing
  • Thorough knowledge of invoicing modules in SAP
  • Working knowledge of aviation vocabulary
  • Thorough knowledge of vendor warranty and post warranty programs
  • Thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance process
  • Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with sales team, customers, peers, management, and other departments
