### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to join our team at Vaco. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, managing payroll and employee data, and performing various analytical functions to ensure customer billing accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

### Key Responsibilities

* Process customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
* Manage payroll and employee data, including processing payroll and managing employee payroll data entry in ADP
* Perform analytical functions to ensure customer billing accuracy and compliance with internal controls
* Lead and assist with continuous process improvement projects related to billing and payroll controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunities
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
* Prepare 13 Week Cash Flow forecasts on a weekly basis
* Record daily AR payments to ERP and manage Accounts Receivable collections and balances
* Prepare monthly commission calculations and statements
* Perform analysis and reconciliation of fixed asset general ledger accounts
* Collect receipts and prepare monthly expense reports for senior management team
* Support and provide back up Accounts Payable, as needed

### Requirements

* CPA or enrolled
* 2+ years of related experience
* Strong analytical skills, including ability to work with large data sets and generate relevant reporting
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including conditional statements, dropdowns, vlookup/hlookup, pivot tables, and goal seek
* Proficient with other Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
* Solid understanding of cost concepts and behavior
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven problem solver
* Customer focused
* Self-motivated
* Responds well to periodic pressure
