Job Summary
Clintar is seeking Crew Leads to manage the Grass Cutting team. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicles and trailers to service client properties, concentrating on mowing and trimming using equipment such as zero-turn mowers and blowers
  • Assist with additional tasks like mulch application and project support
  • Interact with customers on-site
  • Focus on training crew members
Qualifications
  • Experience in supervising landscaping teams
  • Skilled in the safe operation of mowing equipment
  • Dedication to crew training
  • Able to plan effectively on-site with a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work 50+ hours per week and weekends as required
