We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital & eCommerce Sr. Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital shelf strategy across key online retailers in North America. This role will be based out of either our Mississauga or London office, offering a hybrid work model with 50% in-office and 50% remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement strategic roadmaps for digital shelf capabilities, leveraging tools like Profitero, Power Reviews, Salsify, and others to enhance our online presence.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of digital tools through established KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization across key retailers.
  • Maintain content compliance and integrity across all digital platforms, driving a consistent brand experience for consumers.
  • Develop insightful digital shelf scorecards to identify opportunities for growth and refinement in our online product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Managers, IT) to streamline processes, optimize product attributes, and ensure accurate representation of our assortment on eCommerce sites.
  • Drive user adoption of digital shelf capabilities through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support.
  • Serve as the primary business owner for all Digital Shelf Capabilities Tool vendors, fostering strong relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating progress and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Technology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, Marketing Analytics, CPG, technology Product Management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in strategic thinking, business analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
