Ecommerce Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Sales Team Lead to join our team at Church & Dwight Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the development and expansion of business relationships with key retailer partners in the ecommerce channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the ecommerce channel.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals, including setting clear goals and performance metrics and providing regular feedback and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailer partners, including Amazon, Chewy, and other major ecommerce players.
- Develop and execute key sales initiatives to drive business growth and profitability, including negotiating contracts and agreements with retailers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and digital teams, to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is competitive and informed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience working with Amazon is required.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce sales strategies, digital marketing, and online sales channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions.
