About this role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Economy team at Energizer Holdings. As Assistant Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products tailored to the online channel.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and meet market needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market requirements and drive business results
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Measure and monitor post-launch results to determine successes and lessons learned

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of related experience in digital marketing and product development
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
