Position Overview

:

Parsons Corporation is in search of a proficient Procurement Administrative Coordinator to enhance our team. This role will report directly to the Procurement Manager and Deputy Commercial Manager, focusing on the verification of materials on-site, precise data entry, discrepancy investigation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm materials against purchase orders
  • Accurately input data
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team
  • Monitor purchase order status and manage modifications
  • Maintain the invoice tracking system
  • Address supply chain issues
  • Organize records within JDE
  • Facilitate invoicing processes with the Contracts Administrator
  • Ensure accurate Cost Code application
  • Engage in team meetings
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction procurement
  • Willingness to visit construction sites
  • Familiarity with subcontractors and contractual agreements
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Experience with JD Edwards and Aconex software
