Overview
Canadian Accreditation Council is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track information and statistics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
