Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at DeafBlind Ontario Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Administer payroll processing, including ROEs, T4s, and year-end reconciliations
- Coordinate leave of absences and accommodation requests
- Manage LTD claims and return-to-work processes
- Administer group benefits and registered retirement savings plans
- Ensure employee HR records meet legislative and organizational standards
- Compile HR dashboards and reports to support workforce management
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources generalist capacity
- PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation or working towards
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
