Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at DeafBlind Ontario Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll processing, including ROEs, T4s, and year-end reconciliations
  • Coordinate leave of absences and accommodation requests
  • Manage LTD claims and return-to-work processes
  • Administer group benefits and registered retirement savings plans
  • Ensure employee HR records meet legislative and organizational standards
  • Compile HR dashboards and reports to support workforce management
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a human resources generalist capacity
  • PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation or working towards
  • Fluency in French is an asset
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Sound knowledge of employment, payroll, and related legislation
