Job Responsibilities

The Lead Guest Services Team Member is responsible for supervising employees and general store operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ready to assist managers with tasks, and knowledgeable of store operations and our commitment to quality and customer service.

This position involves supervising employees, maintaining a customer-focused culture, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.

We offer a competitive pay rate, starting between $14.35 and $18.13 per hour.


Requirements
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
