Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train employees to provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Assist managers with tasks and projects as needed
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* Previous experience in retail operations or customer service
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
* Background check required
