The server is the primary point of contact for guests during their dining experience at Estiatorio Milos. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist guests with food and beverage selection, presenting menus and providing thorough knowledge of ingredients and allergens.
  • Identify special requests, address dietary restrictions, and submit orders to the bar and kitchen.
  • Oversee table maintenance, coordinate with FOH/BOH staff, and ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding guest needs, comments, or incidents.
  • Exhibit knowledge of menu items, preparation, and ingredients, and provide superior customer service.
  • Be prepared to assist fellow team members as needed and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

  • A minimum of two years' experience in an upscale dining environment.
  • Understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, and cocktails.
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a warm, friendly, and positive team-oriented approach.
