**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Leader to join our team at our Barrie store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in leading our store and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in the store.
  • **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train Retail Sales Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • **Inventory Management**: Possess a thorough knowledge of our point-of-sale system and be responsible for opening and closing the store, monitoring cash float, and performing daily balancing paperwork.
  • **Inventory Duties**: Receive and replenish stock, create transfers, and fill internet orders.
  • **Store Maintenance**: Participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
  • The ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to embrace innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm (extended hours and Sundays in August).
