Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader, Georgian Mall

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and leading a team of retail professionals to achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Contribute to an environment of excellent customer service, sharing our products and spreading wellness through the in-store experience.
  • Business Results: Generate business results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue and comp growth goals, average sales value (AVS), in-store traffic, conversion rates, and loyalty program growth.
  • Team Development: Ensure team members are equipped with the product knowledge they need to make intentional recommendations for customers.
  • Store Presentation: Uphold presentation standards and assess and action merchandising opportunities to elevate the in-store experience.
  • Community Outreach: Take a proactive and innovative approach to growing the business through community outreach.
  • Team Coaching: Inspire and uplift your team through coaching, collaboration, and by embodying our core values.
  • Culture: Choose culture first in everything you do, with a commitment to personal growth and self-awareness.
