About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute re-engagement strategies to retain existing customers and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals to achieve high performance and ambitious goals.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align customer success strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on customer success initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer success management, preferably in the technology or software development sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and customer success automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data.
  • Canadian national or valid work permit required.
