Customer Success Director

About the Role:
Devsinc, a leading software development agency, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success initiatives. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute re-engagement strategies to retain existing customers and drive upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals to achieve high performance and ambitious goals.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align customer success strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on customer success initiatives and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in customer success management, preferably in the technology or software development sector.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and customer success automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Canadian national or valid work permit required.
