About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Go Recruitment. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our services, and driving growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion with our clients, and develop strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Client Onboarding: Work closely with our implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, and provide ongoing support and training to ensure their success.
  4. Client Success Planning: Develop and implement customized success plans for our clients, aligned with their business goals and objectives.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics to measure client success, and provide regular reporting and insights to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software as a service (SaaS) environment.
  2. Proven track record of driving growth and retention with clients.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
