Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses and industries to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Support colleagues by managing day-to-day account activities, including billing, calendar management, and liaison with internal senior professionals and business accounts.
  • Manage account concerns and issues, applying judgment to escalate matters to senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues to ensure account satisfaction and retention.
  • Build relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
  • Maintain a fluency in our company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.

Requirements:

  • RIBO license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong client service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • 1+ years of commercial or construction insurance experience.
  • Currently hold RIBO license.
