Xpera Atténuation Des Risques Et Enquêtes is seeking a skilled SIU Investigator to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a leading national investigation and risk mitigation firm, we require a professional with extensive experience in investigative services, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into complex cases, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective investigation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice and support on investigative matters.
  • Prepare and present detailed investigation reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of investigative experience, preferably in regulatory, workplace investigations, insurance claims, and theft investigations.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalency in a relevant field.
  • Valid Ontario Private Investigators license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
