Job Description

This role plays a critical part in supporting the VP Operational Excellence, Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, departmental events, and executive correspondence to ensure the effectiveness of the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar management, prioritizing scheduling, and managing conflicts.
  • Execution of high-quality correspondence, documents, and reports, with attention to detail.
  • Preparing presentation materials and agendas for meetings.
  • Coordinating business planning sessions, staff meetings, and management meetings.
  • Handling and forwarding emails and phone calls during the VP's absence.
  • Preparing expense reports and ensuring accuracy and adherence to finance policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with C-Level or Senior Executives.
  • Superior organizational skills, particularly around calendar management and scheduling.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Outstanding time management and ability to pivot/adjust to changing priorities.
