As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding. Your expertise will also be utilized to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team. Additionally, you will develop and promote our brand and employee value proposition through social media and events, and act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and industry events. Your experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition will be invaluable in supporting internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility. You will also oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics. To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, and a minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
