Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Toromont Cat. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify Current and Prospective Staffing Requirements: Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Prepare and Post Notices and Advertisements: Create and post job postings on various channels, including our website and social media platforms.
- Collect and Screen Applicants: Manage the application process, including reviewing resumes and cover letters, and conducting initial phone or video interviews.
- Advise Job Applicants: Provide guidance to applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review Candidate Inventories: Analyze candidate data to identify top candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Contact Potential Applicants: Reach out to potential candidates to arrange interviews and provide additional information about the role.
- Notify Applicants of Results: Communicate the outcome of the selection process to applicants and prepare job offers for successful candidates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Previous Experience: Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
- Certifications: Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?
- Education: What is the highest level of study you have completed?
