The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 3-6 month contract, working on-site in our office. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Estimating, and Operations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team.
- Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and industry events, promoting our company culture and values.
- Support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility initiatives.
- Oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve our processes.
Requirements:
- A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
- A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
