Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Plan Group, Inc. as a 3-6 month contract, on-site in the office.

About the Role:

  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team.
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and promote our brand and employee value proposition through various channels.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Estimating, and Operations.
  • Event Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and industry events.
  • Internal Support: Support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
  • Sourcing Expertise: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
