Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our US Regulatory Services team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the local management of our resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the local management of our US Regulatory Services team resources in Toronto.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive process improvements.
- Supervise junior employees and provide guidance on regulatory reporting activities.
- Review and finalize regulatory reporting submissions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and provide support to junior staff.
- Develop and implement controls to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting.
- Prioritize reporting anomaly issues and develop requirements.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders highlighting achievements and reporting metrics.
- Assist with impact assessments of system and business changes.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products and trade life cycle.
- Experience in Middle Office trade processing and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and demonstrate professionalism.
