About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Manpasand Indian Cuisine Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience for our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu cycles to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
  • Chef Management
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
    • Implement efficient systems for tracking and managing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
