This role demands an individual who can confidently identify new prospects, manage and optimize solutions for existing clients, showcase product expertise, and represent Scrubbi in a professional, customer-centric manner.

Our sales team is a cohesive unit that will form the backbone of a proactive, well-organized booking center as the business expands. It all begins with our exceptional sales team, engaging with our customers, offering them solutions, and facilitating their appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects for lasting connections.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound sales calls to our nationwide customer base (no cold calling).
  • Develop a pipeline of potential, existing, and previous clients to maintain regular communication.
  • Exhibit persuasive communication skills and a vibrant personality.
  • Engage in team-building activities after work.
  • Celebrate individual, team, and company achievements.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and sales reports to the team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service within a sales context.
  • Demonstrated experience with outbound calling and following up with leads.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a university or college is advantageous.
  • A genuine love for food.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
