Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Elite Mobility. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to clients experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Conduct thorough research and implement solutions to resolve technical issues, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other relevant documents.
  • Offer guidance and training to clients to help them overcome technical difficulties and improve their overall experience.
  • Offer support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity to clients, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
