About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Asadi Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
    • Authorize payments, returns, and other transactions as needed.
    • Prepare and review sales reports, inventory levels, and other key performance metrics.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
