Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Asadi Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
  • Manage store appearance and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Reliability and dependability.
