Role and Responsibilities
The Aviation Training Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive ground and flight instruction, collaborating with an international team to ensure the effective execution of the training program, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of high training standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct flight training sessions for students utilizing both aircraft and simulators, including essential pre- and post-flight briefings Maintain accurate training records and evaluations within the designated system Engage in training assessments as necessary Participate in standardization discussions as required Fulfill duties as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor when neededCandidate Profile:
Degree from a recognized technical or vocational institution Significant relevant experience, ideally as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner Teaching background within a large, professional flight training organization Preferably a background in military aviation Proficient in English Required Licenses:EASA Part-MED license with first class privileges
EASA Commercial Pilot License CPL (A) with valid MEP (Land) and associated Instrument Rating (IR)
EASA PBN approval
EASA Flight Instructor FI (A) rating with at least MEP/IR and Night extensions The ideal candidate should have a minimum of: TTL 1500 flight hours
IFR: 500 hours (excluding simulator)
ME: 500 hours, of which 250 hours must be on MEP (Land) aircraft FI(I): Flight Instructor Instructor FE/CRE/IRE: Flight Examiner / Classrating Examiner / Instrumentrating Examiner Capability to obtain a (German) secret security clearance (ZÜP)
