Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients/guests with special needs, being the point of contact for emergency situations, and preparing and submitting progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines.
