Key Responsibilities:- Capture and Proposal Management:
- Develop and execute capture strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead proposal development teams to create compelling and effective proposals that meet client needs.
- Coordinate responses with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts.
- Manage proposal budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- 8+ years of experience in the Public Sector Capture field, including proposal development, business development, opportunity tracking, and research.
- Strong organizational abilities, solid writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels and subject matter experts.
- Experience in the technology industry.
