Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff: Supervise and motivate a team of sales, service, and parts professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement price and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure profitability.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, accounting software, word processing software, database software, project management software, inventory control software, business diagram software, computerized bookkeeping systems, electronic mail, and spreadsheets.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
