Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At TACO TIME, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, attention to detail.
