Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KENARD FAST FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
