We are a reputable medical clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and services. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that all medical equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare team.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing medical reports.
- Support Patient Care: Assist our healthcare team in providing patient care, including interviewing patients, obtaining case histories, and maintaining confidential medical files.
- Develop Office Procedures: Collaborate with our healthcare team to establish and maintain office procedures and routines that ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Manage Electronic Records: Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Physician's office or Clinic
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
