Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory of medical equipment and supplies
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient information
- Order and manage medical supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimal waste
- Organize and maintain confidential patient files and records
- Assist with data entry and formatting of medical reports and correspondence
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and electronic mail
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
