Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our warehouse operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are properly stored and handled, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
