As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving system and process issues that impact our daily warehouse functions.

Responsibilities:

* Rotate through all departments to master warehouse operations, including earning forklift and equipment certifications.
* Work hands-on with the Operations team to identify system and process issues that impact daily warehouse functions.
* Review daily reports and dashboards, submitting any system issues to management for quick resolution.
* Troubleshoot system issues and analyze production processes.
* Work with operators to ensure new systems and processes are implemented effectively.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and formatting documents.
* Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
* Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.
* Lift, push and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
