About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Alithya. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing cyber security governance risk and compliance activities for our nuclear clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gap Analysis and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough gap analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cyber Security Governance: Develop and implement cyber security standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver cyber security training materials and conduct organizational training as a subject matter expert.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including assessments and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Project-Based Environment: Work independently and as part of a team in a project-based environment to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience working in the field of cyber security, preferably in an operational technology (OT) environment, I&C, or nuclear.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or any related field.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of network architecture, password management principles, NIST Cyber Security Framework, NERC CIP, or CSA N290.7 Standard, and the Purdue model.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in client-facing environments.
Assets
  • Experience with OPG or Bruce Power ECC: Experience with OPG or Bruce Power ECC is an asset.
  • CSIS Level 2 Security Clearance: CSIS Level 2 security clearance is preferred.
