About the Role:

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team on a full or part-time basis. As an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in their homes, hospitals, and community-based rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in occupational therapy and physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario or equivalent.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology.
