Position Overview

As a Hospitality Server at Living Water Resorts, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during events and dining experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset
Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic setting that includes hotels, motels, and resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes at guests' tables
  • Present bills to guests and process payments through various methods
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to guests
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Provide recommendations on menu selections
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Provide guidance on wine selections
  • Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist guests with special needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
Certifications
  • Smart Serve certification required
Safety and Security
  • Criminal record check is mandatory
