We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Logistics Training to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our Logistics Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated training plans, managing logistics projects, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated training plans to support Logistics Operations, including carrier training, vendor training, and Associate onboarding.
- Manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with Logistics leaders to develop a pipeline of logistics initiatives and prioritize workload.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of large-scale logistics initiatives, ensuring long-term transition and success into the business.
- Develop and maintain detailed development plans for projects, ensuring a strategic approach and effective project control.
- Assess and identify gaps in training, program development, and communication practices, and document established logistics standards for training.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management of medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on logistics operations.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Training, Communications, Logistics, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Completed or working towards a certificate in Adult Learning, with experience in adult learning and facilitation techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including structured project methodology, determining needs, researching existing programs, and ensuring a strategic approach.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and indirect teams, and act as a collaborative partner with senior management.
