We are seeking a highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. If you possess excellent administrative skills, we would be delighted to hear from you.


Work Schedule:
This position operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The hourly wage ranges from $23 to $35, based on experience. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients from arrival to departure

• Optimize the appointment schedule to minimize gaps

• Handle all patient communications with professionalism: appointments, confirmations, and changes

• Address potential cancellations and encourage patients to maintain their appointments

• Process billing as patients complete their treatments, manage payments, and submit insurance claims

• Maintain the recall system and ensure accurate patient database management

• Process referral letters and other correspondence from providers

• Organize and maintain patient records and charts

• Exhibit active listening and empathy towards patients using effective communication skills

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience

• Clinical background is a plus

• Familiarity with dental software is preferred
