We are seeking a dedicated Member Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service for regional groups across Canada. This role involves printing documents, managing both paper and electronic mail, greeting and assisting walk-in members, and various forms of filing.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients from diverse regional groups across Canada via telephone, face to face, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to their inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your knowledge to effectively address client questions, concerns, and requests.
- Ensure that each interaction leaves clients feeling supported and valued.
- Print and manage documents.
- Handle both paper and electronic mail efficiently.
- Greet and assist walk-in members.
- Perform various filing tasks, maintaining organized records of all interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in a call center, administrative support or customer service role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required, enabling effective communication with clients across Canada.
- Strong organizational skills to manage printing, mail, greetings, and filing tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze client inquiries, identify underlying issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate matters as necessary.
